Information that you are aware we collect. On our website we will use any information placed into online forms and submitted to us for only the purpose it was intended for. The types of personal information collected on these pages include, but is not limited to, your name, home address, telephone numbers, facsimile numbers and email addresses.

All Owners will be required to advise details of Bank SortCode & Account Number. This information is used for the sole purpose of making payments to Owners and will be sent through BACS directly to your account. No other method of payment will be used. This information will be retained within a secure Online Banking System operated by Bank of Scotland.

As a general rule the information which you supply will be processed solely for the purpose(s) for which it was intended. We may on occasion use your information for the purpose of providing information to you about special offers, services, products and features provided by us we think you may be interested in.

We will not provide any of your personal information to third parties excepting that we must pass on your details to the Owner of the Caravan. We will also require to advise Bourne Leisure of your name, address and telephone number should you require to avail yourselves of the park facilities.

Information that you may be not aware we collect. We use "cookies" on our website to assist us in authenticating a user throughout secure Sessions, such as when you log onto the membership only areas. How we protect the information we collect and process. We have put in place measures which ensure the security of the information of the information we collect and its correct use. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any member of staff who processes information for SmartBookers (The Caravan Booking Service) understands and complies with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate, and where necessary kept upto date, we shall assume, that in the absence of evidence to the contrary, that the information you provide us with is accurate. If we are in any doubt to the accuracy of the information you supply to us then we shall contact you to confirm the information. We do not retain information that has been updated or that is no longer required.

How to access your information. Along with all other rights granted to you under the Data Protection 1998 Act, that we shall respect and observe, you may at any time in writing either by post or email Request to be informed of the personal information that we hold about you. You may request the information as a whole or limited to certain information of a particular nature. We shall comply with this request but, in the interest of your privacy only after we are supplied with such information by you as would reasonably be required to satisfy ourselves as to your identIfy. In the interests of the privacy of others, we would not be able to comply with such a request If it involved disclosing information about another person unless they consented to the disclosure or it was reasonable in all the circumstances to comply with the request without their consent. There is a small administration fee of £1 for this service which should be enclosed with your request. The information will be provided no later than 30 days from when we receive your request.
